If you have a "lemon," you can seek professional assistance - without any upfront costs and, typically, without cost to you.  A vehicle purchaser in California has options and remedies under the California Lemon Law, and you can free yourself from that lemon quickly and easily with professional, legal assistance.

Hendrickson Law Group, PC is your convenient and efficient Lemon Law Attorney serving Shasta County.

Usually, your entire warranty claim can be handled by telephone, fax, email and mail.  Occasionally there may be the need to meet in person, particularly if you have to sue to enforce your rights.  Hendrickson Law Group, PC  has helped clients in and around Shasta County as a Lemon Law Lawyer, Hendrickson Legal Services can evaluate your case quickly and with a minimum of documents.  Most warranty (or "lemon law") claims are straightforward and do not require litigation.

Q:    What does it cost to hire Hendrickson Legal Services as my Lemon Law Lawyer?

A    Nothing! If you have a typical vehicle warranty claim, the manufacturer pays your legal fees.  You do not have to be further inconvenienced - let a professional go to work for you, without any extra cost!

Q:    What are my legal rights if I have a lemon?

A:    Legally, you are entitled to either a repurchase of your vehicle (a "buy back"), or a replacement vehicle.  However, those are not the only solutions Hendrickson Law Group, PC has negotiated and every situation is different.  Call or email today to see how we can help you!

Q:    How often does my car have to break down to be a "lemon?"

A:    Never.  A car doesn't have to leave you stranded to be a "lemon."  You may be driving a lemon if there are water leaks, odd smells, brake squealing, bouncy suspension, oil leaks, or warning lights.  A car does not need to leave you stranded to be a lemon.  As a general rule of thumb, if you have been to the dealership 4 or more times for the same problem while the vehicle was under warranty, then you might be driving a lemon. If the problem is a "safety concern," then typically just 2 times will be all that is required.

Q:    How to I get started?

A:    Everything can be done over the phone and via email/fax/mail.  You can also call and make an appointment to come into the office, if you would prefer to meet with a lemon law attorney.  Just call (707) 540-6199 or email info@NorCalLemon.com.  Once we assemble all the documents necessary to evaluate your claim, we can typically start talking to the manufacturer or dispatching a letter that very same day!

Q:    How long does it take?

A:    You can have a repurchase offer in as little as 10 days.  Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks to negotiate your lemon law claim.  If your claim is "unusual," or requires litigation, the process will take longer.  Your California Lemon Law Attorney can typically give you an estimate, depending on the manufacturer and the nature of your claim.
